Big things for video in HTML 5
Ever tried to watch video / multimedia content online and been stopped by a prompt to download the latest plugin (Real Player, Windows Media Player, Flash Player, etc)?
It’s annoying, but new developments in HTML 5 are potentially exciting. New tags for and for certain browsers going forward might make the third-party player obscure (umm, maybe). This will be interesting to see how it affects a ubiquitous player like Flash.
